This is my interpritation of Shakespear's 'Cobweb' from Midsummer Night's Dream (one of the fairies)
the outfit is made etierly out of tights - hence why it's a little odd
the wings are just laddered tights stretched over metal frames, and the stone-like things are just stuffed with tork roll.
the body pieces are tan tights printed on with the pattern of laddered tights.

Quite an interesting design 
It reminds me of mushrooms, the way they clump together though if you say it's "cobweb" I can see that too. In any case, very creative and the model does her part excellently, a great dark fairy-creature ^_^
